An individual-submission Internet-Draft. A2A moves unpriced tasks, x402 moves unconditional money, and AP2 authorizes unverified payments, so nothing binds the work to the money to the proof. PACT adds one object, the Verifiable Task Contract, and composes the rest from existing RFCs.
